I believe it is time for everyone to stand up to people who write bad reviews because they do not get their own way and maybe told No! The Rathskeller was just given a horrible review with pictures by people who came in trying to defraud them pretending to be a company that legitimately takes care of old cooking oils for restaurants. Food price / quality (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is a basement pub. A little tricky to find, but worth looking for. They offer a large bar surrounded by several high-tops, a friendly local crowd, Nascar and football. This was our first visit to this restaurant. This is a great place to come for some drinks and a sandwich. A limited, but well chosen draught list is available. We’ve been going to the Rat for 40 years but the food, service and atmosphere has not been nearly as good as it has the last few years since the new ownership took over.
