Dunkin' Donuts in Brookfield

“Out of all of the Dunkin Donuts I have been to in my life this one is in my top 3 favorites! They ALWAYS speak English. They are ALWAYS super friendly!! Most of them ARE still 16-17 year old kids, so that can be aggravating sometimes, especially when they are being lazy. But even when they are being lazy and don't feel like adding the whipped cream I paid for, at least the got the rest of my order correct and they were friendly lol 🤣 ... I can't think of any time they have ever messed up my order so bad I had to have them remake it completely (that has happened at other D&D B4 but not this one) I have had to ask them to add more milk, or add an extra shot of mocha or Carmel but again it's VERY VERY rear. This Dunkin is definitely one of my favorite ones to go to! I go out of my way to come to this one when my son has Taekwondo.“

“Heather at Dunkin (north) in Brookfield is our favorite! She is always in a good mood and handles the stress with ease when they’re incredibly busy. She always remembers our orders and sometimes has them ready for us as we approach the front of the line!! With Starbucks closing, their customer base has doubled and all of the employees there are all handling it so well.“

“Just dropping by to say that I went here on 9/3 at about 12:30pm EST and was very happy with the service. I ordered three donuts and three bagels, and the man serving me was conversational, helpful, and very friendly. Offered to cut my bagels for me if I wanted, let me know that there was vanilla cream in the donut I was ordering just to make sure I liked it. Lots of smiles, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. He didn't need to do any of that, and I was very appreciative.“
