“I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! Way to go SEFI!“
“This my go-to Dunkin store and I love it! The coffee is great of course, but what makes it a wonderful experience are the lovely staff members inside. Edda at the drive-thru window is the kindest and most hard-working I've ever seen - always greets with a "Good morning" and a big smile. She's the best!!“

“After visiting Dunkin Donuts in Danbury I can say for sure that some of these negative reviews are extreme. As of this review, one yelper commented on mean staff that don't speak English. After reading these extreme reviews complaining about poor service from a gas station that has a Dunkin in it, I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was not in terrible shape. For example, there were a few welcome amenities that are typically not provided at the run-of-the-mill Dunkin Donuts gas station establishments. I found chargers for any device you'd like to plug in embedded in the tables and a very clean seating area. I found that the baked goods were fresh, and for a gas station Dunkin Donuts, I was also surprised to find the wide variety of flavors available including Oreo stuffed donuts and other goodies. My drink was well-prepared and I took full advantage of the deal that Dunkin donuts is offering which allows you to grab a fancy pants cappuccino at the low cost of $2. I would say that I thoroughly enjoyed it, but my one complaint would be that the service seemed a little slow. The personnel seemed more inclined to help drive-thru customers than walk up customers. However that being said I feel that this is the case for many fast food establishments, I remember going to plenty of McDonald's that prioritize drive-thru customers, because let's face it this is the suburbs and everyone drives. Overall my experience was positive and I did not enter Dunkin donuts having overblown expectations like that it would be as comfortable as a local coffee house that offers exposed brick interiors and fancy coffee pours. This Dunkin donuts met and exceeded my expectations and if I was going along interstate 84 again and need to stop off for gas in Danbury then I would not hesitate to pull in and grab a cup of Joe.“
“There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.“
“These kids are some of the best I've ever seen! I don't know why they do it for some of these ungrateful, privileged people but they try their best! I'm there almost every day and if not then every other day at least, for years now. They do their best. The things they put up with is RIDICULOUS. THEY ALL NEED RAISIES!!! “I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store on Main Street yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was freshly brewed. The donuts were delicious, especially the chocolate frosted one. A great experience!“
“Absolutely L O V E the morning crew during the week and love going there because of them! They are so full of energy and always get your order right. As for the weekend crew, not so much. For that reason I only go during the week. But those guys I give 5 stars.also ~ for the reviews saying how slow it is.. what do you expect?! Do you see how tiny this dunkin is?? “Love that they know my order when I pull up to the drive-thru window for my morning latte ☕ . Sometimes they can get busy and I know it's hard to find good help these days but they do the best they can. I appreciate it.Parking: Easy to park plenty of parking in the back also and in the front there is a beautiful small park as seen in the pictures and a beautiful newly renovated road Old Route 7 in Brookfield has granite sidewalks and brick inlay to walk on and drink your coffee and also walk across the street and go for a beautiful walk on the greenway in Brookfield Connecticut and if you need a haircut stop by Gary's barber shop all in the same street. What a spot for a coffee walk and haircut perfect.“
