Dunkin' Donuts in Norwalk

“In my opinion this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Norwalk, CT! I've tried them all but keep going back to West Ave. Eventhough there's no drive through, which is a minor inconvenience, I still opt for them because I know my coffee and iced coffee will taste better. Consistent and fast service.The staff here are also very pleasant.“

“I came here during the afternoon hours while on break from my shift. I'm so confused with some of the current low reviews because whoever is currently running the restaurant is doing a great job. Fast customer service, the place smells good and everything clean. And yes, I did visit the restroom, even the stand with the straws and sugar packets was probably the cleanest I've ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts. The food was also great!“

“When I walked in, the place was completely packed, drive thru was packed, and take out orders were coming through one after the other. Meanwhile there were only two women working behind the counter. They were both working hard but I was seriously impressed with Camilla. I had to write a review cause I've never seen anyone literally running around from register to register, taking orders with a smile on her face, just on point with it. Not only that, she was even making ice cream and milkshakes at the Baskin Robbins counter. There is still great work ethic out there and she deserves a raise, a bonus and employee of the year..“

“This place is definitely underrated. We were driving upstate and randomly picked it, and it turned out to be a great stop. It’s right next to the exit and has plenty of parking spaces. The environment is super clean, including the bathrooms.

Besides the environment, the store is equipped with multiple automated ordering machines, which make it easy to order and customize your choices. We discovered the matcha latte and switched our sandwich to a butter croissant, and they also offered the option to warm our muffins. The food is good and served quickly as well. A very pleasant place to stop by during a road trip!“

“I took my grandson to this location for a donut for breakfast. He really likes Dunkin Donuts. The associate was very nice and patient with us. It was a good experience. I would like to recommend that Dunkin make a Maple Iced Donut. Those are great where you can find them.“

“Nothing bad to say about the location. I stopped to get my aunt an iced coffee and her roommate at a rehab center nearby. I walked in and there was a machine to place an order on so I used it. A guy walked in behind me and went straight to the human. I thought let's see if it's comparable on time. I ordered 2 iced coffees, light with Splenda and a donut. Tapped to pay and waited. Welp, the guy was getting his ordered well ahead of me and out the door before i got mine. So I guess humans still win! But anyway, the donut was fresh, the coffee, inwas told, was tasty and on point. The inside looked clean, they sell ground coffee and pods. Cups, shirts I think I saw too. Decent amount of parking in the lot. A drive thru. And easy on and off the main road.“

“Small out of the way DD. Has basic donuts, muffins, bagels and hot breakfast type sandwiches. It's a good spot for a late night delicious donut snack; they're always fresh. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that topic but I'm guessing that this DD has coffee just like all the other DDs. Be prepared for a short wait; I've only ever seen 1 woman who works the counter. She seems a bit overwhelmed as the DD spot is in a gas station convenience store where there are a lot of customers and only her to take care of them all. Convenienly open 24 hours.“

“Easy_on_easy_off from exit 16 of i_95 (Connecticut turnpike), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear of the building. There is a dairy queen counter inside this location. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside.“
