“This is the only DD when i can get my coffee.
I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar 🙄🙄🤦🏻♀️ so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect 👌🏼 🥰. Keep up the good work 💪🏼“
“Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts location on East Main Street in Waterbury on a Sunday morning around 10:30 while traveling through the area. Even though both the dining room and drive-thru were busy, the staff did a great job keeping things moving efficiently. Orders were being taken quickly, and drinks and food were coming out at a steady pace.
The store itself was bright, clean, and well maintained. The donut case was fully stocked with plenty of fresh options, and even the restroom was clean during my visit, which is always appreciated when you're on the road.
I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin App just before walking in, and by the time I used the restroom, my coffee was already prepared correctly and ready for pickup. Fast, accurate service like that makes a difference when you're traveling.
Whether you're a local looking for your daily Dunkin coffee or a traveler passing through Waterbury in need of a hot coffee, fresh donuts, or a quick breakfast stop, this is a location worth checking out.“
“There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!“
“I like you guys but today I am disappointed it’s usually really hard for me to eat due to stomach issues so when I want to eat I get really excited my coffee awesome but my bread with avocado and bacon not it wasn’t toasted and had no bacon couldn’t even eat it I was hoping for something warm. I work in a field where I don’t usually have time to eat lunch because I’m dealing with patients all day. Please let’s be mindful next time.“
“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. “Ran into a really nice girl working Friday , October 30,20 . @ alittle before 2 pm . She had great customer service I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves ! “I don’t know who’s running the drive thru. These are the most polite Dunkin’ Donuts employees I have EVER encountered. I’m not even kidding you! They ensure your order is correct. And I can also tell by looking at my ice coffee if it’s gonna taste good or not. This Dunkin’ does not disappoint. Go see for yourself. They definitely go the extra mile. I went back several days after and still the same great service.“

“Nice & Hot!It's virtually impossible this time of year to ever get your breakfast back to wherever you were going w/o it being super cold.... {I ate mine on the drive home; the bacon made me do it!} I Ordered (2) Bacon/Egg/Cheese on Plain Bagels (I keep it pretty basic) & (2) coffees...Got home, handed my fiance the keys and the D&D's (Later he said he's couldn't believe how fast I must have gone bc it was nice & hot + coffees were made ?*Idk what kinda magic they got working!? “Thursday, May 14th was my first time at this location.
I was very impressed with how large and immaculate the dining area is.
There are more than enough parking spots available and a very spacious, convenient drive-thru.
My latte was made perfectly and EVERY staff member smiled and acknowledged me,
EVERY SINGLE ONE!
That's extremely rare in this day and age. You're lucky if you get ONE person in retail or restaurant to smile OR acknowledge you.
I wish I lived in Waterbury so I could go to this Dunkin more often.
I look forward to returning to this Dunkin' the next time I come to Waterbury for a doctor's visit.
