Dunkin' Donuts in Thomaston

“I used the drive thru on 2/5/2026 at 9:35am. This was to purchase sprinkle donuts for my 4 year old grand niece. I have used this location many times. Everytime I come through this particular drive thru, there is one employee that seems to always be there at the window and taking the drive thru orders. Pam is an exceptional woman. Always very kind, soft spoken and patient. She needed those patience with me that day as I kept adding to the donut order. I originally only needed 1 but ended with a half dozen and a tea. Thank you Pam for being the kind soul you are. You are a definite asset to the company and this busy location. Wishing you all that is good in this world! Thank you again!
