“everything went well until a crew member decided to sweep the entire store while ppl were eating, i was in line but saw the crowd moving away from her path, whether she was doing it on purpose idk but she swept right in the direction of ppl just waiting“
“I’m a regular there and always enjoy the drinks I get. I feel like they really follow the recipe as the drinks are never too sweet or have too much of one flavor. I just tried the Spark Energy, Tornado twist flavor, and man did they nail it! Great job!!“
“I was in and out I only ordered a coffee and they did an excellent job on making it I will always order light and sweet with vanilla bean pump and a lot of people mess it up by putting French vanilla big difference between vanilla bean and French vanilla“

“I went through the drive-thru, late at night. Was looking for a Dunkin nearby that was OPEN, and I was SO nervous that the search result was only referring to the GAS STATION, being open 25hrs, but sure enough, the Dunkin was open, and SOO friendly!! REALLY made me happy after an extremely long and rough day! (The drink, AND the customer service!! 5☆s!! Thank youuu!! The gentleman at the window, totally turned my day around! Much appreciated!!! “I come to this location often and everyone is nice ALL OF THE TIME, EXCEPT FOR TODAY!! I walked in about 2pm and said to a lady in the front area, excuse me, is someone working the front? She looked at me AND SAID YEAH ME. So I asked her if me asking bothered her. She was nasty, dry and not welcoming. I'm not one to leave a review but couldn't help but notice she was probably having a bad day and unloaded it on me, a regular customer. Hope her day gets better. I will continue to come here not because of her but because everyone ISN'T HER.“
“I think I just had the fastest coffee. The young lady knows sooner it took my order. I put my card away walked to the end of the counter and she made it and had handed it to me. This place is hopping it's very busy. Granted the drive-thru is very long. However the inside service the young ladies that were there when I was there. Quick and all of them very courteous.“
