“Stopped by the Dunkin’ on 131 Brainerd Road in Hartford. The food and coffee are your typical Dunkin’ — consistent, quick, and exactly what you expect. Coffee was made right and the food hit the spot for a fast stop.
That said, the location can feel a little sketchy at times, especially depending on when you go. It’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, it’s fine if you’re just running in and out for your coffee fix“
“Best coffee. Best donuts. Get your donuts early otherwise if you go for donuts later in the day, they will be hard as a rock. Early morning donuts are soft. Nothing better than a hot chocolate after you shovel snow. Btw if you are over 45, schedule your colonoscopy boys.“

“I have been coming to this DD for over a year, and although I do not review chains often, here I must make an exception. There is one person that works the drive through and does so with love! It could be a dreary day, a long morning, or stressful time, all I have to do is go and I know I will be most likely greeted with a GOOD MORNING LOVE and that just brightens up my day. Keep up the great work, wonderful attitude and kind words—it does not go away unheard or unnoticed.“
“Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work“

“Just came out the doctors office for sports Neurology and I ended up having access to a free latte on my Dunkin’ Donuts app so I said hey why not I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts and I didn’t know how to use the app so I asked the lady at the register if she could help me she happily helped me. I don’t know her name, but she was very nice taller woman probably the tallest woman in the establishment, I believe she might’ve been a manager, but either or she was very polite. The atmosphere is your traditional Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone seem to be happy. I asked her if she could make mine with five pumps of liquid liquid sugar, she said sure that really made my day. Thank you again lady who helped me I wish I knew your name. And I know this McDonald’s is very busy dealing with a lot of patience and people and not dimension. The people that are coming in off the street so you can’t expect it to be 100,000% clean as if there were a Dunkin’ Donuts on the side of the road where they don’t get any foot traffic this place gets a lot of traffic, but nevertheless it is still up to par I took my drink and I thanked her and told her it looks amazing. “This is for the Dunkin’ Donuts at 255 Farmington ave in Hartford. This is a drive through worth driving to and driving through. I like the mid day crew and always stop in that time frame . Friendly glad to wait on you today service . This shoukd be a model store for the Dunkin chain . The food is good the coffee is awesome and the wait is never unreasonable. Good people doing great jobs !“
