“Stopped by the Dunkin’ on 131 Brainerd Road in Hartford. The food and coffee are your typical Dunkin’ — consistent, quick, and exactly what you expect. Coffee was made right and the food hit the spot for a fast stop.
That said, the location can feel a little sketchy at times, especially depending on when you go. It’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, it’s fine if you’re just running in and out for your coffee fix“

“Millie and Maria are the best employees there. They went above beyond!
Millie took my order and got every detail correct. Millie even repeated what I ordered just to make sure my order was correct. W Maria made my drink exactly how i needed it. Before Maria worked there I had to always add something to my drink to make it better. Maria definitely makes my drink perfectly. Thank you very much, Maria and Millie. “Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work“

“This is for the Dunkin’ Donuts at 255 Farmington ave in Hartford. This is a drive through worth driving to and driving through. I like the mid day crew and always stop in that time frame . Friendly glad to wait on you today service . This shoukd be a model store for the Dunkin chain . The food is good the coffee is awesome and the wait is never unreasonable. Good people doing great jobs !“

“Best coffee. Best donuts. Get your donuts early otherwise if you go for donuts later in the day, they will be hard as a rock. Early morning donuts are soft. Nothing better than a hot chocolate after you shovel snow. Btw if you are over 45, schedule your colonoscopy boys.“
