“I goout of my way to this Dunkin specifically whenever I'm having a rough day. Everytime I've gone the workers are extremely friendly and nice and always make me feel better. I appreciate then so much and the drinks are great too! 🩷“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“Fast service. Coffee was made to perfection, gave me crispy hash browns and my wrap was hot. Haven’t had dunkin hit like that in a long time! It’s a little out of the way from home but I think I found my new Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The girl at the drive through was nice too,“

“It's your typical dunkin. Not impressed with the food or coffee. The coffee has caught up to starbucks in price but not quality. This isn't specific to this location, it is all dunkin donuts. This location had average service time and didn't mess up my order so considering all dunkin visits I've had recently, this was one of the better ones“

Parking: When it comes to parking it depends where you go but the ones I go to their alot of parking“

“Had a great experience this afternoon. I ordered the protein refresher and had tried to use the coupon making it $3 which didn’t work, but the manager kindly put it through manually. They had also forgotten my munchkins but I swung back around for them and they had put a bunch extra in the bag. I really appreciate their customer service and friendliness.“

“I want to take a moment to recognize Julis, who was working during our visit to Dunkin. We placed a fairly large order, and from start to finish he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and efficient.
I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t honey available for my tea (side note: if tea is sold, honey on the side would be amazing 😊), but Julis handled everything with such a positive attitude that it honestly lifted my mood. He made the experience enjoyable, moved quickly, and treated us with genuine kindness.

“This store has totally changed. I stopped going there becuz the wait was too long & staff was not customer friendly. I decided to try it again. The wait was less than 2 min . The staff was very nice and my coffee was great ! 5 ⭐️ for sure. Quickest drive thru anywhere !“
