Dunkin' Donuts in Manchester

“I didn't even know this place was in my town because it is tucked just slightly off the main road. There was plenty of easy parking.
This is probably the best Dunkin Doughnuts I've ever been in. It is large, clean and well stocked with freshly made coffee, doughnuts, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The staff was great, friendly, efficient and they got my order just right. I was there on a Saturday morning and there was no wait. I was so pleased with this location that I've decided to make it my go to location for a treat when in the area.“

“Positive: The service was great, She brewed a fresh pot of Decaf and it tasted great. My wife's iced coffee was awesome. Negative: The donuts were stale, and the Lady's room was out of commission and the Men's room needed cleaning.“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“We are a Dunkin Family. Never write reviews, but wow was this place on point with drinks and food. One would think every Dunkin would be consistent with taste, same menu but they are not. No nasty chemical oven taste, drinks were made with the correct ratios. Employees were all working together as a unit, and we're still nice. Best dunkin we've had in CT. Only thing, wish they had more seating“

“I want to take a moment to recognize Julis, who was working during our visit to Dunkin. We placed a fairly large order, and from start to finish he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and efficient.
I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t honey available for my tea (side note: if tea is sold, honey on the side would be amazing 😊), but Julis handled everything with such a positive attitude that it honestly lifted my mood. He made the experience enjoyable, moved quickly, and treated us with genuine kindness.
