Dunkin' Donuts in West Hartford

“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

“I do not like the new paper cups for hot beverages because your beverage will not stay hot for a very long period of time. I miss the styrofoam cups for hot coffees and teas. Don't waste your money buying their Dunkin' Donuts cup products as they don't last for a long period of time and they're very expensive. Coffee prices are on the high end not as high as Starbucks but for a cup of coffee I would recommend making it at home“

“Everyone at this location is nice, whoever is hiring people is doing a good job of usually picking likable competent people. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed, but not in a way that creates huge waits or anything. I've never had any reason to complain about anything at this location except the high school kids who show up ready to act like brats. I've had orders I've placed ahead of time grabbed (read stolen) by someone else at this location, and its always right around when high school let's out. Been a while since that happened though, and its not any employees faults. But yea, good job everyone.“

“This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. For a quick in and out for coffee or a short respite with coffee and bagel , this is a good place to try.“

“There’s a new guy in charge of cleaning here, and the difference is very noticeable! The place, which was already good, is now even cleaner, more organized, and well taken care of. He’s very fast and does an excellent job — you can really see his dedication. My family and I come here often because it’s close to home, and ever since he started, the environment has improved a lot. Great work!“

“We ran in to grab a coffee and Bagel cheddar twist and the customer service was great. Received EXACTLY what we asked for, the coffees were perfect and the place was clean. The men working kept the line to a couple people. I watched as the people came in and one after the other they employees got them in and out. They were Working fast and knew what they were doing! Some people think u just order and go. It's not like that when u have to have the coffee freshly made hot to order and cook what it is we ask for. As well as keep the line down.
