“I know a chain like Duncan is supposed to always have the same coffee but the lattes are frequently different depending on where you go. The young lady who made the latte here did it perfectly! It was so good with just the right foam and coffee mixture well espresso mixture.“

I’ve had good and bad experiences here and I still continue to come here because it’s closer to me for my route to work they can be very rude at times even the manager has a nasty attitude. But I noticed ever since the Tall woman started working there the Service been great . She’s a pretty tall girl who always working nights , the food even taste better. Everytime I go when she’s working I get fresh coffee, fresh food , she keep the place really clean she really is a sweetheart & make a big difference working here she deserves a raise for sure. The don’t give employees enough recognization here & I pray god bless her with a better paying job she deserves it ☺️“

“In advance, sorry for the long review. For the longest time I have been going to the other Dunkin down the road near the Citgo because it is closer to home. Coffee is usually ok but the customer service isn't always the best. Last week I stopped at this Dunkin and went through the drive through and was greeted by the most professional sounding, energetic young man I have ever heard. His personality woke me up more than the coffee did! As someone who is in the customer service field I was blown back by how amazing he was. I got to the window and he had the same energy and was very professional. He made me feel like a top priority with just his voice. I think the other Dunkin should take notes from him and possibly be trained by him. You have gained a customer for life at this Dunkin!“
