Twice this week, I visited this location. My first visit I placed a mobile order and two items were missing from my order. I didn’t complain or turn back because I had to get my son to school. The older woman who greeted us at the woman was very pleasant and cheerful! This morning when I went I paid cash $6.45. I ordered a hot cocoa and a donut and the total was $6.42. I used to love coming here because most employees are very kind and the atmosphere was clean, the place nicely new renovated. But this one woman completely ruined my experience. Instead of asking me in a gentle way to do something, she loudly embarrassed me in front of the whole establishment and proceeded to fight with me. I won’t be coming back.
