ordered through drive thru this morning before and it was super fast!!
It just sucks. Coffee is never, right they never use the codes like they’re suppose to for the points. They are slow!!!!
Everything was good except the French fries and the soda. French fries tasted like they refried it and the soda watered down (ice melted).

McDonald's is a restaurant that offers a mixed experience. Some customers have reported issues with slow service and unprofessional behavior from staff, while others have praised the very good service, especially in the drive-thru. Itzel Madrid has been recognized for her kindness and hard work, as she approached customers and offered assistance. However, some employees have been noted for ignoring customers. The food is cooked fresh and delivered promptly, with many enjoying the fresh and hot meals. While the dining area and kitchen are clean, the bathroom could use some improvement. There have been issues with orders, as some customers received the wrong items or were missing fries. The fries and burgers are often enjoyed, and the location is convenient. Overall, McDonald's remains a decent option for a quick meal, but customers are encouraged to treat employees with respect.
