I spent almost $100 on two box of Jo’s and 2 Dozen donuts on my companies morning brew, I did not get a welcoming feeling the crew seemed as if they didn’t want to work and when I as well as other customers placed orders the front counter girl that was making drinks gave a smirk and and attitude towards the amount I ordered she looked annoyed that she had to make the order to make it worse my staff only got half a Jo full and ten bags of tea for $25 each Jo this is the most expensive tea I ever purchased I will never go to this location again and will make sure my company avoids it as well. I feel if you don’t like your job find something else customer service means making sure your customer walks out happy and satisfied with the service you are providing for the company that is paying to to be a customer service representative

Twice this week, I visited this location. My first visit I placed a mobile order and two items were missing from my order. I didn’t complain or turn back because I had to get my son to school. The older woman who greeted us at the woman was very pleasant and cheerful! This morning when I went I paid cash $6.45. I ordered a hot cocoa and a donut and the total was $6.42. The cashier came back as I was leaving and said I owed her $.42. I was confused and asked did she have the quarter and two dimes. She began raising her voice to me and saying that I was going to be talked to how I spoke to her. Not once did I raise my voice!! Not once was my tone rude, I was simply asking how I was short seeing as I had given more than what was due. This younger cashier was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and out of line!!I will never return here!!

I used to love coming here because most employees are very kind and the atmosphere was clean, the place nicely new renovated. But this one woman completely ruined my experience. Instead of asking me in a gentle way to do something, she loudly embarrassed me in front of the whole establishment and proceeded to fight with me. I won’t be coming back. There’s enough Dunkins around here that I can go to instead of supporting this franchise. I come to Dunkin to relax after a tough day. Even if that employee had a point, going about it that way completely made my brain not listen to anything she was saying.

By far one of the most horrible customer service experience IN MY LIFE! Got called out of my name because an employee I gueis what as having a Moody Monday, mind you she was even the person taking care of me.I had a question which was only wanting to know that the ice coffee the other employee put by her mouth was not mine, decided to argue to tell me I didn’t order an iced coffee which I did for my mom but that’s besides the point,Still left with my order messed up just so I wouldn’t hold the line. Why didn’t I go inside cause it would have gone from 0-100 in 2.2 seconds the way that employee was acting. No manager or supervisor on duty ,was told come by tomorrow or call tomorrow. Called corporate already.
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD !! NOT once have I went to this Dunkin and my coffee was done correctly by far the worst Dunkin in Hartford.

Ordered a Coolatta today. 2 ladies working inside, and they didn’t even fill it up full way. When I brought it to their attention, they didn’t care and were very rude, and the lady by the takeout window was very mean. They’ve lost a customer in me.
