Friendly and fast. Order was accurate.
I think the “drive thru” concept here has been forgotten. I ordered and when I paid I was handed a napkin and fork and was told to wait upfront for my food. There wasn’t a line. 0 cars behind me or infront of me. Making the time for good customer experience will always be better than “hitting those numbers”
Ps: the guy who brought the food was very kind and sweet. But that should have happened at the window.

I love this dunkin, always makes my coffee & drinks right whether its iced, frozen or hot never disappoints!!!! My favorite dunkin to go to.
