The store is overall 😑 BUT I would like to like to recognize Lenelle (I am sorry if I am misspelling it). Lenelle is incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. She greets customers with a smile, is patient while taking orders, and makes sure everyone feels welcome. It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent customer service. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone with such a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic. Thank you, Lenelle!
I am just so incredibly disappointed with the American Staple Corporate Restaurant that they just got rid of All their incredible quality workers and so many jobs just gone because of computers I absolutely hate to the direction of the restaurant and hospitality that's happening today. Stop with the AI and The Robots & the Computers so people can have work and be able to pay their bills. I just Personally don't believe McDonald's needs to be high tech!!
