I never, ever go to Dunkin, i have better respect for my health than yo eat fast food regularly. But was in a pinch on my way to work, and stopped for a fast breakfast sandwich. Ordered a sausage e&c on a bagel.. was asked if i wanted anything else, and responded no. Then she preceeded to upsell me on a drink,...nope all set, then an upsell attempt on a donut, again, nope im all set thanks.. she reiterated my oreder then i pulled up and paid. By the time i was already back on road i noticed it wasnt sausage, and too late to turn around. You had one job, one order, only person in line... so worried about upselling me multiple times after knowing my order was complete, that she screwed up the ONE and only thing I ordered. Way to go girl! ?Thank you for reminding me why i only support local, family owned business that pay attention to detail, and know my order before i walk in ...

When I got to the windows, immediately was handed the wrong order, it was taken back with an attitude, I said thank you and not one response was said to me, customer service was horrible with this girl, they got 2/3 of my orders wrong and even then I didn’t have an attitude yet one was reciprocated to me.

Worst Dunkin Donut I even been into! Horrible service!! I been there twice and twice they were rude! Wrong order! I asked for 2 decaf and I get 2 original! Both of the sandwiches were cold and tasted old!! I won’t recommend this place! Not even to my worse enemy!

It is very gloomy there. The girl behind the counter that was training a new person was very rude to him. She was very bossy. Instead of showing him what to do she was just telling him and watching to see if he made any mistakes. He made my coffee well, but I feel sorry if he has to work around that energy.
