“All the staff members that worked this today on Monday at 5:00PM all deserve a raise. Very friendly staff considering they were young kids. I never write reviews for fast food or coffee or something quick but these kids were very professional for their age and nice. Management cherish them! It was a young girl with curly hair and a young man with curly hair aswell. They are great. My only disappointment is the lack of restroom for customers. Being told to go across the street as a customer is disappointing but that has nothing to do with the staff.“
“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don't have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don't like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don't like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“
“I don't hang out here but love the Dunkin Donuts coffee, French crullers and the Flory's buttered rolls. Depending on the Dunkin Donuts staff some days it's cleaner or messier than others. “Traveling through Poughkeepsie and had a wonderful experience. The young woman who waited on us was charming and helpful. The wraps and coffee were perfect. We even bought bags of coffee. Later we went and asked about a dunkachino.... they gave a free sample. I travel a lot and DD is my usual stop. In the pantheon of DD this was one of the best. Give the staff here a huge pay on the back.“

“The morning staff here.. Maddie, Nick, Vincent, Arielle, and Sol are amazing. Non stop, quick, polite, friendly and an amazing team. The inside is kept clean, bathrooms have always been spotless.. (mens anyways) and the staff that are not helping to get the orders out are cleaning. Best DD in NY and the surrounding areas IMHO.“
“It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!“
“I really love this Dunkin, every time I go and get a cup of coffee iced/hot it always tastes fresh and exactly how I asked for it. I enjoy their wake up wraps when I am in a hurry to get to work and get the kids on the bus and didn’t have time to make myself something to eat. The wraps are light on the belly and again freshly made each time I go. The women and men at the drive through are always pleasant and friendly. Greeting with a good morning what can we get for you. If you are in this area I suggest going this Dunkin and trying their latest flavors that never disappoint. Great location.“
