“I had an amazing experience at Dunkin thanks to Danny O! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. He was patient while taking my order, made sure everything was correct, and got it out quickly. My food and drinks were fresh and made perfectly. Even though it looked busy, Danny O stayed professional and treated every customer with kindness and respect. Employees like him make people want to come back. Thank you, Danny O for the outstanding customer service you definitely deserve 5 stars!“

“The drinks are hit and miss here. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, no chocolate flavor at all. If you go during morning rush hour expect coffee to take long. But it's fast food and it's drive through, so what is there to complain about ?♀️“

“This place is not only the friendliest Dunkin I've ever been too, but also the most consistent. Very personable. I go there daily and use the app, as well as picking up for coworkers etc and they know me, not only by face/name, but also the 3 or 4 other names that I've come through to pick up for. 10/10 staff“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too! My husband literally will drive 25 minutes out of his way to go get his coffee from these kids!!! That is there something for your shift leader and you’re hiring manager at this location!!“

“I must say the manager , Danielle .. went above and beyond for me. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“Jimmy makes the BEST snackin bacon!!! I’m constantly disappointed by dunkin and their soggy uncooked snackin bacon but was pleasantly surprised today! Shout out to Jimmy for making the best bacon!!! Thank you Jimmy! Give this man a raise!!“

“Well....I shop here twice daily...can't resist the ice coffee (year round) with 2 turbos, naturally dark roast blend. I'm fascinated with the Cronuts. Kudos to the staff in both Wappingers Falls.NY Shops..... Alex, Kim, Wendy...Marcus, Gerard, Victor Your new drive thru is awesome...beautiful interior etc ★★★★★“

“Love this dunkin, always under staffed, but always a smile on their faces, they move as quickly as they can through orders, and the orders are always correct. The only comment is that the management should hire more people so the hard workers you have, have more support and dont want to leave!“

“My roommate put me onto Peaceful Provisions because she’s vegan, and now I honestly don’t buy donuts anywhere else! These are on another level! They are so fresh, creative, and delicious that no other donut shop even compares. I’d absolutely say they’re worth the drive from Poughkeepsie. If you’re vegan or just a donut lover in general, you have to try this place! My favorite is the blueberry raspberry & the pistachio! (Blueberry raspberry not pictured as I ate it on the ride home. Too good to resist!)“
