“I looked for the comments before coming and when I decided to come, everything was good, the attention 10/10 - food 10/10 - place 10/10 I asked for my drink and the cashier's colleague listened to it and in less than... 30 seconds? It was ready and good....regarding the reviews in line and when he gets to the checkout he thinks what to eat) 2 they are not robots!! no flash!! If you have an order, they will give it to you in the order of the order queue.-3 The conditions of the rein deteriorate over time, maybe there is not much budget (but why take photos of all the old parts? Is everything fine at home? )-4 complain about the "rude" or "ignorant" attention but you get up and go to your office while they have been there for hours and with PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE TO GIVE THEM THINGS 3 SECONDS AFTER ORDERING !!! -4 It is not the worker's fault if they make a mistake WHEN YOU CHANGE THE ORDER MORE THAN 3 TIMES BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS WANT. -5 You get angry because your order takes a long time... well that happens when you SEE A BUSY STORE AND STILL ORDER MORE THAN 6 THINGS!! -6 Why do you only say when ordering "medium coffee" or any size? They literally have many ways to prepare coffee and you expect them to guess what you want without saying just that? When you were little you hit your head a lot, right? -6 Speak clearly, the cashier is not a lip reader to understand you with a low voice!!!-7If you want to talk, call your partner or a friend BUT DON'T BE ANGRY BECAUSE THE CASHIER FOCUSES ON HIS JOB AND HE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!!!--8why do some flirt with younger workers? ☠️ .-9 You don't like the prices? Perfect!!! Contact the owner of the company himself and give him proposals to lower them BUT THE WORKERS ARE NOT TO BLAME!!! (imagine being that person who can't pay 10-20 dollars of your own money ahahahaha)-10 can you tell your children to stop messing up what the workers tidy up and clean?...please-11 if the workers don't clean some parts...isn't it because they are busy making large orders or lots of them?...I'm just saying in case you didn't notice.-12 If I were you I wouldn't fight that worker...(that guy seems like a hit sends you to sleep)-13 if you notice something instead of writing it here or talking about it in a place other than the store you criticize... well, I think it would be better to inform the workers of what they neglect... right? -13 The fact that they are not Americans does not mean that you have to treat them badly...mentally retarded. conclusion: store 10/10 -some customers 0/10 improve yourself subnormal.“
“The employees are always so kind here and they make the drinks right 98% of the time, when they don’t you tell them and they fix it without hesitation. It’s very clean and I see a group of older guys always hanging out here as there hang out spot. Very sweet.“

“Stopped by this Dunkin’ in Danbury for a quick pick-me-up and it absolutely hit the spot. The latte was smooth, hot, and exactly what you need to jump-start the day—no fancy coffee shop attitude, just good coffee done right.
And the blueberry muffin? Let’s just say it didn’t stand a chance. Warm, soft, and packed with blueberries like it knew its job was to make my morning better. Mission accomplished.
If you’re cruising through Danbury and need caffeine and a little blueberry happiness, this Dunkin’ will take good care of you. ☕🫐“

“I went to this dunkin around 7-8pm on Friday and there was one young guy working by himself as his coworker was leaving right when I got there. This guy needs credit for what he was doing. He was absolutely amazing, switching between the counter and the drive through line. He was working as quickly and efficiently as a single person can and he was nothing but polite and respectful the entire time! My espresso drink came out literally perfect despite how busy this one worker was. Seriously, props to this guy. Manager, give him a raise and a promotion if he wants one. I have worked in food service for a long time and a guy like this guy deserves his own franchise.“
