Service is fine. Could use some customer service training for the people trying to pass out the ready orders.

Atmosphere could be better.

I still enjoy the place and like to drop on for a to-go coffee. The inside has a bad odor, like sewage, at times which is off-putting. Maybe something was wrong with the bathrooms.

Biggest negative here is that it's always busy with a line. It's a popular spot.“

I drive from Hartford County to get coffee from here and it’s worth it everytime. I tried the Norwalk location, but that did not feel the same as the Stamford location. If you have an order, they will give it to you in the order of the order queue.-3 The conditions of the rein deteriorate over time, maybe there is not much budget (but why take photos of all the old parts? Is everything fine at home? )-4 complain about the "rude" or "ignorant" attention but you get up and go to your office while they have been there for hours and with PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE TO GIVE THEM THINGS 3 SECONDS AFTER ORDERING !!! -4 It is not the worker's fault if they make a mistake WHEN YOU CHANGE THE ORDER MORE THAN 3 TIMES BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS WANT. -5 You get angry because your order takes a long time... well that happens when you SEE A BUSY STORE AND STILL ORDER MORE THAN 6 THINGS!! -6 Why do you only say when ordering "medium coffee" or any size? They literally have many ways to prepare coffee and you expect them to guess what you want without saying just that?
