The Donuts are tremendous, but unfortunately the employees here lack customer service skills.
More than once I've waited in line for 15-20 minutes and not even be greeted...... No good......

Speedy Donuts in Norwalk, CT is known for having some of the best-tasting donuts in town, with a special mention for their jelly-filled donut holes. The glazed donut is a favorite, melting in the mouth, and the everything bagel with cream cheese is soft and fresh. The classic vibe of the store adds to the experience. The hard-working, friendly service is commendable, although the popularity of the place can lead to longer waiting times during peak hours. Customers often mention the tremendous donuts, especially the donut holes, which are considered the best they’ve had. The donuts are made with care, and the family-owned operation has been serving the same phenomenal donuts for over 50 years. The store also offers delicious pancakes and breakfast sandwiches, with some customers recommending calling ahead to avoid the rush. Parking is available, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly, making donuts a happy treat for children. Despite some days with less welcoming staff and occasional long waits, the overall experience with excellent service, coffee, and tasty breakfast options makes Speedy Donuts a must-visit for any donut lover.
