Efficient fast and food as expected
The employees are so kind here, and they work really quickly. And there's been very few times that I've been in there (and Dunkin is my favorite place to stop by at) where they've been understaffed. And Even then, they get the job done quickly and correctly.

She takes pride in the store and her customers, providing a rare and wonderful customer service experience. While service can be erratic, with orders sometimes getting mixed up, the restaurant's appealing new space and delicious menu items like the Midnight coffee, Donut Crazy, Granola Bar, and Kneads make it a popular destination.
