“Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways.Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.“

“I just wanted to leave a little appreciation for this Dunkin’ location because the staff here truly make my mornings better. Every time I stop in for breakfast, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It’s one of those places where you actually feel happy walking through the door.

There are two sisters who work there who are always especially kind and hardworking. There’s also another girl who works there who always has such a warm smile and the prettiest eyes. You can tell they really care about their job and about the customers.

The store is always clean, organized, and pleasant to be in, which makes grabbing breakfast or coffee a really nice start to the day. The whole team works hard and it shows.

It honestly feels like a little family atmosphere there, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone working there for always being so kind and making mornings a little brighter. ✨☕🍩“

“While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!

By the time customers reach the register to pay, their drinks are already made—no extra waiting at all. Her efficiency, attentiveness, and friendly attitude truly elevate the experience and set a high standard for customer service. Lakenya is a huge asset to this Dunkin’ Donuts location!

I got a strawberry cream cheese bagel, a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, a matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla sweetener, and an assortment of munchkins. This Dunkin’ stands out as one of the best in the region. Will be ordering from here again soon!“

“Plenty of convenient parking. I was warmly greeted upon entering the establishment. I had placed an order on the app and it was ready for me. The bagel with egg was among the finest I've ever had at a Dunkin. Kudos to the chef. The coffee was a little bit on the cold side. I would have preferred it warmer. Is this the consequence of the famous McDonald's lawsuit? I recommend this Dunkin.“
