“It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!“

“While driving to my parents so my 4 month old son spend time with his grandparents, he started screaming that he was hungry, I ended up forgetting the bottle warmer and immediately stopped at this location. I went up the counter, told them what was going on and they went above and beyond by not charging me for the hot water but also putting ICE CUBES in it so it was warm and not scolding hot. I didn't get their names and I didn't have cash for a tip but I needed to know their kindness didn't go unnoticed!Kid-friendliness: Helped warm up a baby bottle“
“Probably the best Dunkin in the Hudson Valley only drag is no Drive Thru Lines can be long at peak times but there quick to move them unless there’s a lot of drink and food orders. The staff year after year are super friendly and even remember your order. Come on in see for yourself even if your just passing by next to plazas filled with your favorite shops if you prefer Starbucks there’s one down the road.“

Bryan and Selburn were helping me bring munchkins and hot chocolate to a sleigh riding play date and the hot chocolate machine was down. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways.Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.“
