I have to be honest it is juat Dunkin Donuts so it shouldn't be so serious. However the number of times the morning crew 530am to 730am messed up my SIMPLE orders is disturbingly amazing.
Simple orders like a bagel or an iced green tea. I think what broke me when about a week ago I asked if they had RASPBERRY limeade (I got it at highway dunking coming from jersey) the young lady said yes and then gave me BLACK CHERRY.

Got coffee French Vanilla just now on DD on route 9 next to Chase Bank. Coffee was like water and was NOT French vanilla at all. Very disappointed!!
