Been a loyal customer for years.Had a problem last week which was addressed by the manager, taken care of by email & then a follow up phone call. Marlena the manager is extremely courteous & takes pride in her customers feedback. Hearing her tell everyone to “have a Dunkalicious day” is also a great way to start the day!
I like that it feels simple and convenient, especially on busy mornings.
Ice coffee was perfect for a hot day.
Went through the drive-thru.

At Dunkin', the experience can vary based on the server you get. Some provide excellent service, while others may miss out on adding sweeteners to your order. Despite the wait times and potentially understaffed situations, the busy drive-thru keeps moving with nice customer service. The grilled cheese with extra cheese is a highlight, making it gooey and delicious. Staff seem overworked, leading to longer wait times and less-than-enthusiastic service. Dunkin' might benefit from additional support for their hardworking staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
