Every time we go there no ice or no soda today again no ice 😡😠
I love chipotle in general, but this location in particular always runs out of guacamole and gives such small portions of food!
I love chipotle so this review is biased but the food is always so good and they generally have an efficient system. They did run out of chicken this time and that’s normally what I order, but this was just an opportunity for me to try the steak and wow, that was life changing. 9/10 would recommend and probably will buy again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers impressive service during busy times, with a fast-moving line, thanks to their dedicated management staff. However, the restaurant can be too hit or miss. It is not kept up well and might get a C for cleanness. Ordering on the app may lead to waiting over 20 minutes as orders are not there, and they might be stolen off the rack. The experience can be hell with no tortillas or rude employees. But then they have a day where everyone is doing amazing, smiling, and providing speedy service even with the line to the door. It is a gamble.
