I love the historic building and the food has been fantastic every time I have visited. In the warmer weather, the outdoor beer garden is lovely! I do wish they had a few more options for those of us who prefer more fruity flavors. I was excited to learn that Clemson does trivia night on Tuesdays but would encourage them to promote it a bit more as there was not much competition when we visited.
The Coconut Cream Ale is the best I've had I travel 3hrs to hike and always come here and disappointed to find out its just seasonalI will say as disappointed as I was after driving 3 hours to come here and not get the beer I wanted, the food and service did not disappoint! William is amazing, attentive, friendly and I feel like the service provided is why I love coming there as well! The two girls working the bar and tables worked their asses off today. This gives me hope for the next generation, as these two worked harder than imaginable. The food -- the pretzels and the onion dip -- were excellent. The beer? Also excellent. This is certainly a place to come back to.
