Ordered out from here using Uber Eats on Saturday April 20th 2024 at around 8:00PM. I decided to order from here because i wanted to try the frozen cotton candy drink, and didn't want work food. Order was easy to get and delivered quickly. I ordered the frozen cotton candy drink and a impossible burger with just onion. Order came correctly, and was very tasty! Loved both the burger and the drink, and perhaps will come in person or order out again soon!
I like flame broiled although I doubt that the burgers are broiled at the location. Taste is still pretty decent. Thry sacrificed fresh broiled taste for cost and expefiency. The buns, however, are another story. They break up in your hands when holding the burger. Clearly the bread is not fresh and store buys more than they need. Probably kept frozen. I sent an e.ail to corporate and got coupons but no resolution. I now go there sporadically.
I messed up by walking in right after school got out. The kids were loud, obnoxious, and stood in line just to talk and not order. When I did order, the cashier listened quickly and attentively as I was annoyed, so I recited my order rather fast. Any questions I had were also swiftly answered. My food was out to me within 3 minutes. I eat BK about once every other year because I don't like most of their stuff. I had the BK spicy royal crispy chicken sandwich, and it tasted...
