I ordered two three-piece French toast stick and I had a code for a free, large hash brown. I paid for my food and went to the side to wait for my order to come out. The cashier didn’t even look inside the bag and the cook didn’t even complete the order correct because I only had one French toast sticks. I called and no answer. I called back and there wasn’t that many people even there to not answer the phone. I left a message and this was two days ago no response back. Basically took extra money for me and didn’t even make an effort to make it right.

Horrible customer service. Repeated my order 5 times and got home and my order was still wrong, my whopper burger was soggy like it was sitting there to long and the fries tasted old. Very disappointed because I love burger king I will be going to 211 from now on.

So their menu (including the posted one inside the restaurant) has burgers for breakfast as a part of their menu, but if you order it they tell you it’s not an option and to stop ordering it. It’s a shame considering they’re losing out on money choosing what to make and what not to make that’s listed on the menu.

Forgot to mention the morning manager there (middle aged woman) has the worst attitude out of any fast food worker I’ve encountered and it’s been on more occasions than just one. That’s the type of person you give a manager position to?

What you would think of a typical Burger King. However only one guy working behind the counter so super slow service. When you pull up to the drive through the guy didn't say anything, not even please hold. So after a few minutes of you honking and talking to a talk box like a crazy person someone finally answers. Not concerned with times at this establishment I see 🙈

Should have read the reviews first. After sitting in line for 5 minutes (no other cars in line) a male employee asks what sauce I wanted. I told him I didn’t place my order yet! He says hold on and let’s me sit for several more minutes. I asked for a burger no pickles no tomatoes and a large order of fries. He repeats back to me “Burger, no onions and a cup of water”. Had to repeat the order.

Food came out immediately, bun was stale and crumbly, burger and fries were lukewarm.

I do not recommend this location and will never go back again. No option for none for recommendations on the survey.

Staff is rude. Two workers on and 1 is on her phone while making orders. No one greeted us. I asked if we could be helped and the girl on phone said order on the kiosk .. food was old.

Unfortunately, the standards typical of other Burger King locations aren’t upheld here, and quality doesn’t seem to be a priority. I ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but the lettuce was almost spoiled. I also requested half fries and half onion rings, but they were packed so tightly that the onion rings became crushed into a ball. Not a location I’d recommend.

I didn't get a greeting or a thank you. The guy taking my order walked away without giving me the receipt so I had to ask for it. This location doesn't allow customers to get their own napkins so to get more than 2, you have to ask for them. French fries were under cooked. The order was dine in yet the food was placed in a bag, not a tray I had to ask for a tray. The receipt even had dine in on it. Gave 2 stars because BK burgers are good.

Just read the reviews, don’t go here unless you want to be highly disappointed and angry.
Don’t think that they care about how you feel or that you’re spending money, just know that you are nothing but an animal to them and that’s how they will continue to treat you.
Do not support any place that has verified terrible service but does nothing about it because they will just keep doing a terrible job with pride
