The best pizza in Middletown I moved out of town about 7 months ago and I've been back to visit twice and the first place I stop is Caputo's so thank you for your consistency
If I can give zero stars I would, I have been coming to this establishment for over a year Today was the first time I experienced discrimination. My family and I went in for lunch ordering a pizza slice, a sandwhich combo and chicken tender meal. We waited for atleast 45 mins with no acknowledgement. Before seating I went to the counter informing we would be dining in. The young guy with the glasses seated us. However over 15 mins waiting he did not come back to take our order.Which I had to go to the counter to inform , another worker asked if I needed help, may have been a manager. However after ordering I waited an additional 30 mins noticing people who have came in after me for dine in and take out all have gotten their meals and left. Including a group of construction workers and firemen. I Went back to the counter informing the worker that we have only recieved the pizza to just bill for the drinks and the slice.The worker did not apologize for the wait or acknowledge the fact that it was poor customer service and that they have forgotten us . Instead insisted the food is coming out. Which I do understand it has to be cooked but the least they could have done was inform it would take some time or check in with the table that is dining in. This was poor excuse for customer service and you have now lost a customer. Not to add he didnt even finish the transaction for me to pay he walked away from the counter as if I was trash. Everyone that was helped first was not of my descent so that explains alot !

I would consider myself a frequent flyer here! I worked in an Italian restaurant for 20+ years Tony Boffa’s, and I would like to consider this food to be In great comparison to such a legacy. Always fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I can not say enough positive things about this place. The owner is a real person and a nice guy. The staff are all very personable weather they are at your door or you walk in. When they make a mistake they own it and do right by the customer. Food is great and delivery time is not forever.
