Carlos' Pizzeria and Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers have enjoyed wonderful dinners with fantastic food quality, others have faced issues with oily pizzas and overcooked "chicken fingers". The caprese salad has also received criticism for not meeting traditional expectations. On the positive side, the atmosphere and service are nice, and the food is generally delicious. However, prices are considered a bit high, and there is a surcharge for card payments. Parking is limited, but the restaurant's food is phenomenal enough to warrant a return visit.
