This is the first time I’ve been into a Chilis, the guy that was bartending was awesome- the guy had a full bar with people continually turning and he didn’t miss a beat.

The food was good, everything tasted well enough and I don’t think anyone is going there expecting Guy Savoy.

Prices are super reasonable- this location had some awesome drink specials going on. If all Chili’s are like this, I’d definitely stop back in.

Food was great, enjoyed everything we ordered, service was fine too.. -1 star for the dirty bathroom, always disappointing to see.

Absolutely horrible. Food wasnt cooked properly either not enough and egg rolls weren't cooked or over cooked to where cheese slice fell off chips from nachos. Absolutely trash and this isn't the 1st time

Take out order. Order confirmation email and text said they’d text when it’s ready. Never texted. Food just sat there until I went in to cancel what seemed to be a delayed order. Poor service.

Although the food was good and the server was nice on my visit to Restaurant #1028 today in Middletown NY when paying the bill I noticed a charge for $2.99 on my bill for Ziosk Game Pass. No one authorized the purchase of any games. There were previews of different games that my granddaughter looked at. When I told the server Peyton he said that my granddaughter must have authorized the purchase of the game since the charge suppisedly needs to be authorized. This is a complete scam. I wonder how many other customers were charged for this scam and it went unnoticed. Just to prove our point after the bill was paid my daughter picked the Bunny Hop game and it never said once that she would be charged. The server Peyton said nothing about this other than saying the game was authorized which was not true. It's bad enough that you have to pay thru this Ziosk but it also applies unauthorized charges. Truly scamming customers. Needs to be brought to the attention of others plus I should have received a credit of $2.99 for this charge. Poor business practice.

My friend and I love coming to this location. But tonight the salad i got, had a lot of rotten lettuce in it. And we also found paper in our cookie skillet.

There was a chilis right across from garnet hospital so I got the super smasher

It’s fine

But a super smasher with fries and a coke and chips and salsa all came to $11

So I don’t know if it’s a good idea to put all your money in Chili’s stock

Eating alone at chilis is objectively the most depressing birthday ever

But I have to say, sort of satisfying.

We had a late dinner on a Tuesday at around 8 PM and it was the best time to come. It was less than half full. We had a lot of attention, and the food came out quickly. There were no issues with our visit. The restaurant is kid friendly. My 10 year old likes the kids pizza, my spouse ordered the soup and salad. I ordered the wings. They forgot to bring out something out that we ordered and ended up just taking it off the bill since our food was plentiful and we didn't need it after all.
