Ordered on the app for the second time trying to avoid the line and ended up waiting for over 20 mins as my order was not there. This is the second time this happened to me. Not sure if someone steals them off the rack they keep by the soda machine but they should start keeping the to go/app orders in the back.

Too hit or miss. I worked at a Chipotle for 2 years and can tell when they're on their shit and when they're falling off.

7 out of the 9 times I've been to this chipotle. It's been a hell of an experience.. no tortillas, rude employees

But then they have a day where EVERYONE is doing amazing. Literally smiling, light convo, speedy line even with the line to the door.. hit or miss. Take the gamble or save money and make...
