Just met the lovely OWNER who is a piece of work. Purchased several Groupon coupons which are good for the promotion rate of what we originally paid or the deal.
Just left since he's just wanting to argue and then he starts cursing as I'm leaving. No wonder they have bad reviews.
It’s in a mall - so theres that - but the service was fast and friendly, no line, very easy in and out. The cinnamon rolls weren’t like I remembered them, but then again, what is?

I’m a long time customer of the Cinnabon in the galleria, and I SERIOUSLY recommend it!! They have really awesome pastries there, and the employees are SO AMAZING. Aaron and Natalie are my two favorite employees who have been serving me for a while there, and they have been super friendly, and caring. It’s also affordable, and VERY worth it!

I didn't catch the man's name that was working Thursday night, but he was very patient and kind with the kids, as they asked about EVERY type of treat before making their decision. They loved the churros and bun in a cup! Thank you ?
