Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I have been ill for some time and can only eat a small dish of vanilla ice cream. I literally have paid a different price each time I have gone and ordered that same order for the past 5 visits. I do not understand why.

One of the best DQ experiences. Great place to spend time with family and friends. The drive-through makes it even more accessible. Must visit.

I Love this DQ, the staff is very attentive and friendly. TJ makes sure to always great us with a smile and he ALWAYS gets our order correct, he actually knows it by heart, I get my shake extra extra extra thick. Then there is Max, who works the drive thru and always greets us with smile and great service. I highly recommend this DQ and if you had a bad experience give them another chance because the staff is really great!

So Im not sure if this is standard portions or maybe the workers are incompetent but this weekend I ordered the chicken tenders with the fries and what I received I felt like I was being joked with. You get about 12 tiny little fries in the box and the chicken tenders I was given were the size of chicken nuggets. Oh, and to top it off they charge 62 cents for every single sauce yet they cant give a reasonable amount of food. I will NEVER return to dairy queen again. Overpriced garbage with disrespectful portions. First and last time.

Did you know Dairy Queen's famous stars sprinkles are not at this location. The server showed me the lousy unappetizing sprinkles.... Oh no, not for me. The large ice cream cone has too small amount of ice cream, and the cake cup was all broken around the lip. I won't ever go back to this store. Keep your broken cones cups lousy sprinkles.

So I've been a regalar at this place and one thing that I noticed is that when you're of a certain hue, the staff will literally stand there and not greet you to take your order!!! I literally watched as the person of a lighter hue come in and be greeted as soon as they walk in the door, but yet I had to acknowledge the cashier as he stood there with his head down like he didnt know I walked in...brother you're the same color as me...make it make sense people. There's so much racism in this world and its disgusting.

I had such an awful experience here that I would never go back to this particular establishment. This particular Dairy Queen was the absolute worst. The cashier barely understood English. She couldn’t operate the register after standing there for five minutes trying to order A small chocolate soft serve Ice cream in a dish. I told her to forget it and give me my money back, which was in her hand. She then walked away, grabbed another gentleman who is able to work the register. They still got my order wrong, then proceeded to give me the incorrect change back as if I wouldn’t notice. The gentleman standing behind me in line, saw this and walked out

Do yourselves a favor go to Carvel right down the road.

i think this was the worst food place i've ever been to. as soon as i walked in with my boyfriend and his family, the worker is just STARING at me every time my bfs family isn't paying attention, checking my body out up and down and it didnt matter if i looked backed at him he didnt even care like he wasnt even embarrassed, and mind you im 15 and i literally look my age?? watch out for that creep there if you have daughters or if your a young woman yourself, i felt so uncomfortable i just went outside and waited for the food. our food took so long to be made, we ordered two chocolate dipped ice creams, two chili cheesedogs, and two 4 pc chicken strips meals with cokes. not only were our ice creams almost completely melted by the time we got them, which idek how thats possible to be almost completely melted, the chili cheesedog was undercooked, even the cheese on it felt hard so i dont understand what took so long atp? the 4 pc was the only thing that was ok. he forgot our drinks like twice too.. idk you guys have alot to improve and make sure your staff are actually good people! oh and another thing, when i was waiting outside he brought an order to the outside tables and started staring at me FROM THERE. literally even when he was going inside and was closing the door still staring at me. genuinely so weird so yeah
