Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

So I've been a regalar at this place and one thing that I noticed is that when you're of a certain hue, the staff will literally stand there and not greet you to take your order!!! I literally watched as the person of a lighter hue come in and be greeted as soon as they walk in the door, but yet I had to acknowledge the cashier as he stood there with his head down like he didnt know I walked in...brother you're the same color as me...make it make sense people. There's so much racism in this world and its disgusting.

I had such an awful experience here that I would never go back to this particular establishment. This particular Dairy Queen was the absolute worst. The cashier barely understood English. She couldn’t operate the register after standing there for five minutes trying to order A small chocolate soft serve Ice cream in a dish. I told her to forget it and give me my money back, which was in her hand. She then walked away, grabbed another gentleman who is able to work the register. They still got my order wrong, then proceeded to give me the incorrect change back as if I wouldn’t notice. The gentleman standing behind me in line, saw this and walked out

Do yourselves a favor go to Carvel right down the road.

i think this was the worst food place i've ever been to. as soon as i walked in with my boyfriend and his family, the worker is just STARING at me every time my bfs family isn't paying attention, checking my body out up and down and it didnt matter if i looked backed at him he didnt even care like he wasnt even embarrassed, and mind you im 15 and i literally look my age?? watch out for that creep there if you have daughters or if your a young woman yourself, i felt so uncomfortable i just went outside and waited for the food. our food took so long to be made, we ordered two chocolate dipped ice creams, two chili cheesedogs, and two 4 pc chicken strips meals with cokes. not only were our ice creams almost completely melted by the time we got them, which idek how thats possible to be almost completely melted, the chili cheesedog was undercooked, even the cheese on it felt hard so i dont understand what took so long atp? the 4 pc was the only thing that was ok. he forgot our drinks like twice too.. idk you guys have alot to improve and make sure your staff are actually good people! oh and another thing, when i was waiting outside he brought an order to the outside tables and started staring at me FROM THERE. literally even when he was going inside and was closing the door still staring at me. genuinely so weird so yeah

Everything on this menu is overcharged. 4 chicken strips for almost $8 is criminal. $1.19 to add sprinkles to a milkshake and they give you a teaspoon of sprinkles. They made my order wrong ontop of everything. Should have walked out when I saw who runs the place. Would give 0 stars if I could never going to another Dairy Queen again.

i’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s always been great, but as of recent i’ve had multiple issues here. today i came through the drive through and ordered a pup cup (which is a little over $3 mind you) and was handed a small little black condiment cup filled with ice cream. my dog is a border collie, he is not small. i have been coming here forever and have always been given a full size small ice cream as a pup cup, they even used to put a treat on top. i brought it up to the guy at the window, told him i was here 2 days ago and received a full size which is what it’s supposed to be considering the price. the guy just kept shrugging his shoulders at me and eventually told me to have a good day and shut the window. very disappointed with how downhill the customer service has gone here. he didn’t even attempt to listen to my issue.

I got my niece an ice cream cake from this location. Reese’s PB one and it tasted horrible like old. I spent $40!!on the cake ! I want some accommodations!

The staff is not friendly the hours never the same sometimes I can go in and order and other days I can't drive-thru is open my van doesn't fit now just got back from there and they where closed a little be for 9 pm

I lived all over the country and this by far the worst DQ I been to, i guess is under new management from when the opened but it has really declined. The service is super slow and the desserts lack the actual flavor of what you order. I ordered a red velvet blizzard and it was mainly vanilla.

Hands down the worst DQ! Wife ordered our sons Bday cake. Couldn't make the 11am pick daughter stuck at volleyball. Called to let them know and they said they sold it already. Asked them to make another and will pick up the following day. We show up Sunday and they don't have. The language barrier is terrible! Never again!
