Please welcome yourself into Dominos if you are interested in a landfill, home to teenagers that can’t fulfill some basic requirements. I am very upset with my Dominos order for the reasons at our pizza that we ordered was $8.50 each for two pizzas. It’s not the fact that we paid extra because of the pepperoni, but the fact that one pizza out of the two didn’t even have pepperoni. The one with pepperoni that came in had a huge hole in the middle of our pizza. Not only that, but our boneless chicken bites came in eight pieces (as should), but smaller than the size of a pinkie and combined, 1/4 of the box was full. This place will always be in heart for the fact that I have never seen anything worse than this. We not only got scammed for our $40, but we have wasted our hard efforts driving through the snow and waiting 20 minutes to see this excuse for food. I hope no one makes the mistakes we did and not look in the boxes beforehand, and to not look at these discouraging reviews. I am shocked at how small basic requirements like these could be done so sloppy and badly. Please come at your own risk. I hope the time spent writing this was worth it and people listen to not come. Just got off work tonight and the guy working basically lied about the store discontinuing a product when the product is still on the dominoes app. Very unprofessional if you don't want to make a meal say that but don't lie thats terrible customer service.

Horrible service.NEVER delivered my food but marked it as DELIVERED. then when I contacted the store they said it would take an HOUR to redeliver the SAME FOOD. Then proceeded to say he can only give me refund OR deliver my food COLD on an HOUR

Terrible service and messed up entire order. Walked inside to get my order and the guy in front completely ignored me while watching videos on his phone, had to yell loud enough for someone in the back to help me. I ordered and paid extra toppings on pizza and got less than regular. They also added meat on a veggie pizza, in which specifically said no meat on it. If people were paying attention and not playing on the phone while working maybe they would have got it right. Never ordering from this dominos again.

These kids and all employees are so rude, literally its started from me doing DoorDash seeing one of their rude drivers on the road white guy with glasses honking and beeping at me when I was driving little did I even know he was one of their workers right ? So now fast forward I order pretty often from here about two days outta the week and they always mess up my order and it's so simple there is a whole instruction that says quality check before delivery and yet the quality in service is never there, ensuring my order quality is right is never there and I've been in store not the most sanitary or satisfactory, mind you today I order right ? And I live 5 mins away from the store and okay granted he might be dropping an order off before he gets to me and then swings back to drop off my order I understand. But I shouldn't be waiting 20 mins for the food then 20+ more mins for it then be wrong, greeted with an extremely rude attitude and when I tell him it's wrong such poor customer service asking me patronizing questions. Such smart asses and then when I call the store greeted with more attitude and the person I'm waiting for my food that ordered over an hour ago! Still waiting currently and it's just buffalo sauce that's what I don't understand something very simple idk if it's cause ice or whatever the case is but UNACCEPTABLE SHITTIEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Absolutely horrible the most disrespectful and disgusting employees. They deliver food to the incorrect door the food got drenched in the rain and after calling to complain they forgot to put the phone on mute and proceeded to belittle my wife. Absolutely horrible immature disgusting disrespectful ignorant atrocious people calling themselves human beings this establishment is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. And the driver Mohamed got caught on camera throwing my food on the steps and walking away without notifying he delivered the food

This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had period. Muhammad was my delivery person. I order over $40 worth of food on the Dominos app and paid with Apple Pay. Muhammad goes to give me the food then starts speaking very loudly in my quiet dark neighborhood YOU DID NOT PAY YOU DID NOT PAY I NEED PAYMENT. I told him I paid online through the app via Apple Pay. Muhammad was adamant I did not pay while staring at the receipt as if he could not comprehend it. I leave the food with him, go back upstairs, get my phone to show him I paid. I show him on my phone he grabs my phone and is staring at the receipt. I grab my phone back and I reiterate it says it clear as day on the receipt that I paid in full. He goes to call his job and I take the food and go upstairs because he’s trippin. On top of the terrible service, the food tasted like plastic cafeteria food. I called the location the next day to tell them about my experience and the employee was basically like yeah this is how it is. No remorse. All over some stupid pizza. Never again.
