Ordered an apple pie braid. Although it didn't appear to be, the pastry tasted burnt. Service is always slow. As I read all the reviews here, most of them cite the terrible service. The owners obviously don't care. Boycott Sardinha Brothers'-owned Dunkins, although it appears they own most of the ones in Orange County.
The dunkin on 211 is not consistent. Unfortunately some days it's spot on other days it's just ok.

Just ran in to grab a coffee. Had to place the order on a screen and waited till it came up. Not sure why they ask for your name or give you a number when they just said what the coffee was. So I almost didn't realize it was mine. So it's not bad just not very personable. But I get it in the am and being in a rush people don't have time and can be grumpy. My coffee was good and just the way I ordered 😌 ☺️ so thats a win for me.

I went inside to order a coffee 6/22 around 12pm. I ordered a butter pecan flavor because it’s all I ordered through my pregnancy. The young man told me that it was discontinued a week ago and that I needed to choose a different flavor for my coffee. I did and my sister told me she went inside and ordered the same thing and was able to get her butter pecan flavored coffee. Pregnant and disappointed I was to not get my craving but to find out he told such a small lie about a flavor is odd. Especially since my sister is caucasian and I’m a black woman, it felt like a small racial thing and so pointless to deny a flavor out of boredom
