Google states they open at 5am, the sign on the door states 6am on Sunday. Didn’t get refunded for my mobile order

This particular Dunkin is located in a busy area of Middletown right by an intersection and close to i84. So it's usually very busy. Expect to wait up to ten minutes or so during peak hours. The workers definitely keep a quick pace going to get everyone served as quickly as they can. I like coming to this location because my coffee is always made perfectly. The workers are polite and the prices are great. Make sure to use the Dunkin app to stack up the points. They come in handy. There's always plenty of parking, as well as seating inside. There are restrooms here. This is one of the nicer Dunkin locations.

The worst bagel with cream cheese I’ve ever had from a Dunkin. There was barely any cream cheese and most of it was bare. I couldn’t even eat it and wasn’t worth saying anything about since I already left the store. I’m not going here again.

Quick initial service but the time to receive your order could be dramatically better
The wraps tend to be dry. The bagels are hard which really stinks when you order a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They're definitely not fresh. I rarely order a donut at any of the Dunkin's because they're way too sweet. The staff are on point and keep things moving! The entrances and exits of the parking lots are very inconvenient!!!

This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had at this brand’s store. When I walked in, no staff member took the initiative to greet or assist customers, and one employee spent the whole time chatting with someone instead of working. I only ordered one item, yet no one informed me of any delay — after waiting for a full twenty minutes, I finally learned it wasn’t even ready, despite the store being far from busy. The only person chatting was that girl, while the other staff members behind the beverage counter were working hard. Although they eventually brought in a manager to issue me a refund, there was not a single word of apology. Such service is completely inconsistent with the brand’s image and left me extremely disappointed.

Convenient and close to home, tends to be slow in drive-thru, I've waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to take my payment. Some inconsistentcy with ice coffee and cream proportions, they've topped of with cream instead of adding enough coffee when the coffee keg kicks.

I walked in and was greeted with nothing but a sour face… and extreme attitude. Upon placing my order… I was given the wrong change(the woman cut me short 11 whole dollars. Unbelievable I waited 15 minutes for a simple ice coffee. And when it was given to me it was wrong. I then simply ask for change back and the manager was called…whom was completely rude and didn’t even acknowledge my existence and went back to making coffee. Extremely disappointed with the food and service, I will continue to go to Starbucks.

Go elsewhere. They can’t fill a simple iced coffee order correctly. If they actually read the ticket and the receipt, they would be ahead of the game. Also, they don’t know what a small, medium or large cup is.
