I ordered the new cookie butter cold brew which to my surprise was excellent! Taste like a gingerbread cookie to me. Very festive for the season. The lady working the drive in was very rude ,pushy and rushed us while we made our order.

i am not sure who taught these employee how to make drinks or if they just skip ingredients and instruction. But Every single time and i mean every time my drinks aren’t made correctly. Whether it’s an ice coffee, hot drink or coolata. Too much water in the coolata it just taste like pure raseberry water and by the time i walk to the car it is melted. The iced coffee was too watery aswell. This has happend the past 4-5 i go here. I’m a bit disappointed. Especially in staff because they always give me and issue on remaking the drinks . Disappointed

I have been here 4 times, ordered the same thing, and not once have they gotten my order right unless I check everything at the drive thru window and hold up people behind me.

The customer service was so rude and disrespectful, they skipped me in line then when I addressed it they respondeddid you get you tho? Unprofessional then when I called corporate they said it's under new management but I won't be back to know

Slowest Dunkin ever. Employees look miserable placing a pick up order 20 mins before you get there means you still wait another 15 mins. Tried to stick it out with this one out of pure convenience but I’m over it.

Went into this Dunkin at 630 in the morning on a Saturday with no other customers in the building 5 staff members walked passed me without acknowledging me for a solid 5 minutes and then finally when someone did it took another 5 minutes for them to make my drink worst customer service I have experienced at a Dunkin’

i asked for a frozen pumpkin spice coffee and the girl at the window was on her phone and had a attitude and she rang it up as iced i wouldn’t be so mad if it tasted the same and i wasn’t pregnant :((

I’m a huge fan of Dunkin! But I will NEVER go to this one again…. EVER!! I waited 30 min in line for a frozen chocolate drink. When I got to the window, they asked me to pull up to the “wait” spot and they would bring it out. I waited 10 more min…?! Are you serious?? I was bringing this drink to my son who is disabled or I would have skipped the process and asked for my money back…!! Shameful!!

It's really a pain to buy. I wait 41 minutes for a small order and a guy is terrible. I will never return to this store.
I spend 20 minutes on line every morning in the drive-thru because they don't utilize the two window system. If they did (the window is there for a reason) the line would go much quicker. My drink is also made poorly or wrong half of the time. I wish there was a different Dunkin to go to, but unfortunately there isn't on this side of town anymore.
Slow service, pretty dirty counters, they have to understand the meaning of the drive thru service.
Extremely busy during the rush hours and definitely understaffed. The staff look overwhelmed and unhappy. I felt bad. I recommend using the mobile app and picking up inside to avoid the wait at the drive thru.
