I usually never have an issue at this location. But, today I placed a mobile order and waited 30 min. I understand it gets busy so I didn't mind waiting but after 25 min I got weary. When I did ask, my order was not in the mobile pick up area. It was behind it so I couldn't even see my order. Luckily I asked.

This particular Dunkin is located in a busy area of Middletown right by an intersection and close to i84. So it's usually very busy. Expect to wait up to ten minutes or so during peak hours. The workers definitely keep a quick pace going to get everyone served as quickly as they can. I like coming to this location because my coffee is always made perfectly. The workers are polite and the prices are great. Make sure to use the Dunkin app to stack up the points. They come in...

The wraps tend to be dry. The bagels are hard which really stinks when you order a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They're definitely not fresh. I rarely order a donut at any of the Dunkin's because they're way too sweet. The staff are on point and keep things moving! The entrances and exits of the parking lots are very inconvenient!!!
