I ordered the new cookie butter cold brew which to my surprise was excellent! Taste like a gingerbread cookie to me. Very festive for the season. The lady working the drive in was very rude ,pushy and rushed us while we made our order.

Extremely busy during the rush hours and definitely understaffed. The staff look overwhelmed and unhappy. I felt bad. I recommend using the mobile app and picking up inside to avoid the wait at the drive thru.

We stopped in our road trip this morning for some caffeine and treats- this is a very busy Dunkin Donuts! I counted nine workers this morning behind the counter, there could have been more and they were all very busy and working hard. The lobby was relatively clean and tidy for the amount of traffic they were serving, restrooms were clean. We used the mobile app and after a short wait our order was ready and correct- the only reason atmosphere got two stars was the brown rodent...
