Everytime I go here it’s a problem. Never get my order right. I pass by here to go to work so I find myself going often and repeatedly giving the benefit of the doubt. I order snacking bacon and I get hashbrowns instead repeatedly! Today I order a sweet black pepper bacon crossaint and I get a burnt bagel with bacon and egg, no cheese, no crossaint. Going here is a complete waste of money. The girls who work here and very nice and the customer service is great. It’s just the consistency of having an issue, it’s almost every day!!!! Whoever hands out the food needs to find the right career path. And when I call to speak to management it goes to voicemail but I can’t even leave a message bc the mailbox is full!!!!!!! So obviously a bunch of other people are complaining and nothing is being done. This Dunkin needs better management. Or new owners.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever came to ! They are very rude especially the white lady with no hair , she speaks very rudely and try’s to rush costumers out of the window . They charge almost extra for any little thing no other dunkin does that . The manager always rude arguing with costumers any time other people come into complain the manager loves to argue with them everytime I come into the establishment everyone’s on their phones including the managers ! This dunking needs a better manager and a better staff ! And some employees that know how to speak to costumers , there’s another time I came at night little girl in there is always in there by herself talking on the phone never pays no attention to the costumers !

Writing this at the drive thru line with about 10 vehicles ahead of myself. The employee inside locked the lobby doors even tho on the app is says both lobby and drive thru hours at open till 4pm! Not cool making all your customers wait on one line thinking we don’t know what you’re doing!

I come for food and coffee but I get all this extra bs whenever I order, is this what y’all find acceptable? Should I then match that energy and be a nightmare of a customer or can I just get my food without the rude attitude?

This is the second time I’ve went to this location and will definitely be the last. I ordered off the app for pick up and when I brought the drinks home, this is what I got! Less than 3/4 of a cup that I paid full price for a latte and a macchiato. They’ve been consistent on their ability to disappoint.

Ordered an Iced Matcha Latte that had strange white chunks floating in the Drink that had an almost Bitter taste to it. Disgusting and probably using expired ingredients to make the drinks and food.

WORST STAFF EVER!!! One of the ladies she was giving me an attitude. My order was wrong, asked for whipped cream on my caramel coffee I told the lady and she rolled her eyes at me. To be honest I wanted to throw the drink at her face because of her attitude and been so rude.
