They never get your food order right and when they do get it right, the food is cold and the lattes are ice cold. They don’t know how to make a proper green Matcha latte or any other latte for that matter. They suck!

The gentleman who took my order was so friendly and professional. He not only told me he appreciated my business, he showed me as well. The food was well-prepared. (I had the b/e/c on sourdough and a blueberry donut.) Thank you for the great service!
