Placed a mobile order. Get here at 6am and no one’s even here. Website is literally going to be down for a couple days??? How do I get a refund??

So I did a mobile order (Friday 7/25/25) since I only live two mins away. When I finally made it to drive thru I was given my order. First order was wrong and coffee was pretty much empty. I come here all time! Only time everything great and correct is when order staff is working. These young kids much hate life/working. Unacceptable. The cook who was heating up food had an attitude because I wanted my correct order. My kids is allergic to sesame seeds so clearly I paid for plain bagel bites. They young man had someone else make my coffee because I didn’t want him making it again after this. Check out pictures see for yourself. Time to clean house Dunkin’ and I’m a regular. A supervisor needs to be on all time to teach them how to do job correctly!

I understand we’re all overworked and underpaid but take some pride in what you do no matter what it is.
Ordered here today and everything in the bag was smushed. It’s like whoever is bagging is just throwing the food in and pressing down with their fists.
Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. If I order extra of anything, I shouldn’t have less than the normal amount. And I definitely should’ve have to reconstruct my food and reheat it before I can eat it.

Waiting over 10 minutes both in drive thru and in store, THREE times in one week, is not acceptable. 10 workers on staff just chatting and wiping down the same two counters. i’ve been needing a push to start making my coffee at home and save the money, so thanks for the legit terrible service I guess.

The food is okay, but ordering drinks has consistently been a hassle. I haven’t ordered inside the store yet, so maybe the experience is different there—but the drive-thru, especially during the morning shift, needs serious improvement.
Even when I order something simple with specific add-ons, the drinks almost never come out right. It feels like the staff might need more training, or maybe it’s an issue with how Dunkin' corporate structures the training process.
For example, when I order almond milk, I expect only almond milk—not dairy milk on top of it. And if you're using powdered ingredients like matcha, it absolutely needs to be whisked properly. Both of my drinks had undissolved powder—my first sip was literally just a mouthful of matcha powder. That’s not acceptable.
I’ve worked in places like this before, so I understand the pressure. This isn’t meant to blame any one employee, but rather point out that the training, management, or corporate procedures clearly need to improve. Customers deserve consistency and accuracy, especially with customizations.
That’s all—just some honest feedback in hopes of a better experience next time.

I come to this location due to how close it is! Personaly I don care for American chesse and, what ever breakfast sandwich Ive ordered a change the chesse. This loction give me American chesse everytime! Im tired of complaning.

I don’t mean to be that person…but every time I come to this Dunkin…whether I’m ordering through the mobile app or through the drive through my order is wrong….i do t understand what’s so hard about getting orders correctly and packing them just as one would like to receive their orders….this is disappointing especially coming from a former Dunkin Employee…. It’s ridiculous. The convenience is nice since it’s down the street from me, but I’ll be going to a different Dunkin from now on.

Both coffees wrong even after asking for them to be fixed.
Great quick place to grab a drink but it’s never consistent always taste different for the same exact drink. So it’s a hit or miss.
