The people who work the night shifts are careless. I ordered an iced chai latte and a hot chai latte via drive thru. Instead of an iced chai latte, they gave me iced coffee and the hot chai latte I got was just milk. I was already home when I found out that they screwed up so I had to dump $13 worth of drinks down the drain.

Went in to get a few Christmas gift cards and the front door was open, waited for about 10 minutes at counter. Someone came out from the back to explain they couldn’t sell me a gift card because the front counter/area is closed. They should have locked the doors then.

Luckily I had a coupon for a free iced coffee because if I paid I would’ve been even more upset. Everyone around me got their coffees before me. I asked for a light and sweet caramel swirl iced coffee, as soon as I tasted it I hated it.They put NO sugar, 3 pumps of caramel, and 7!!! pumps of creamer. I stoppedgoing to Dunkin in general because the price for an iced coffee (which is 90% ice and 10% coffee) is outrageous when they don’t make it well 98% of the time. This definitely sealed my distain for Dunkin and it’s very unlikely I will go to any Dunkin again.

This location is always packed; which is a good sign. Friendly staff and order is always accurate. Order via the app and go pick it up inside if youre strapped for time; dont terrorize the drive thru line with your late schedule nonsense, the employees are doing a great job keeping up.
