The two young ladies can use training on customer service. No greeting, no response after thank you and it wasn’t busy so there was time to implement great customer service but that opportunity wasn’t taken. The 211 location is busier but has been known to be more efficient.

This morning I faced poor service while waiting patiently to order. A young lady with a drive thru headset was trying to fix a connection where the register was. Meanwhile her coworker stood there & ignored me. After waiting like 15 minutes the same person with the headset realized they lost my ticket & order. For those at Duncan Donuts Headquarters this is poor service. You never know who's checking. Maybe you should pay that location a visit. It's a very high traffic location. Get workers who are quicker & reliable
Parking: Tight spots most people are getting gas while running in to also get a quick breakfast at Dunkin Donuts
