What a lovely spor right here in Middletown. Possibly the cleanest restaurant I have eaten in, and kind,friendly, patient humans running the place. Go have dinner, you will not be sad :)
Staff is nice and accommodating. The beauty (and curse) of hot pot is that it's kind of up to you how good the meal is.
My advice? 1) Go heavier than you'd think with seasonings and 2) Add vegetables first (it adds flavor to the broth--and, more importantly, they take longer to cook). The meat takes practically no time to cook, but you also don't have to be in a hurry to eat it.

Great quality meat friendly staff and overall a nice relaxing place to eat. Bring a jacket when I went it was a lil chilly, other than that if I could give this place 10 stars I would
