Two different times I ordered for a fundraiser for my church. Both times they couldn't find my order. Got a confirmation number this time and after 43 minutes waiting in our vehicle on hold (in 90 degree temp) they finally had to rewrite my orderDealt with them for twenty years with absolutely no issues until now

I have been buying ice cream from Hershey's Creamery now for 3 years. My customers rave about it. I get so many compliments about the fantastic flavor. The people I deal with at Hershey's have been fantastic also. So very helpful, and pleasant. I 100% recommend them.
