This place used to be a nice hangout, but if you are not a local "regular," be prepared to be ignored with no eye contact at the bar, while people next to you are served. This has happened to me several times, but the last visit was the stake in the grave. I finally got service when the person next to me had to wave down one the bartenders. The drinks were okay, but when I wanted to order food, I stood there for another 10 minutes at the bar (no table service) with the menu in my hand. After ordering, I kid-you-not, we had to wait ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES for the food to be delivered (which was cheese sticks and a sandwich), while all the locals were being served first. I was about to walk out if the next plate of food was not ours. We are never going back. The barmaids never smiled, never apologized for anything. The parking lot is not adequate either. There are plenty of other restaurants and bars in the area.

One of the 1st places we think to go for lunch or dinner. Haven't had a bad meal yet and have been going there since it opened. Everyone is super friendly as well as the owner. He will always ask how our food was. The bartenders are very welcoming as well and have never had to wait for a drink or service at a table or the bar. I highly recommend Highball.

Another GR8 Sunday at the Highball with friends watching football. The bartender Jess was awesome and on top of everything going on. As always the food was GR8. If you get food there and go home hungry there is something wrong with you. I was also very impressed with the crowd he had considering we were in the middle of a significant snowstorm.

Everything about this place is NO! I loved coming here when Nickie the bartender worked there. Food was good and she’d make sure wings were ready for me when I’d get off of work when I’d get off of work late. Now, I don’t get that same service. The drinks & food the past couple times have not been the same. Bring her back, it was always a fun atmosphere. Now I’m always waiting for my drink, can’t seem to get the bartenders attention. Please Help this Bar!!!!!

The food at this restaurant is okay but the service is absolutely terrible. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. We had a table of 11 people of which 6 are locals and have been to this establishment before. It took about 30 minutes for anyone to even take our drink order and another 15-20 to get our drinks while the bartender/waitress did shots at the bar with the regulars. When she finally took our food order, she waited about 45 minutes for her relief to come in before our order was put in. At this point we're an hour and a half in and still have one drink and no food. After more than 2 hours, the shot drinking waitress came over and told us that her relief never put in the order for the 5 of us and she was putting a rush on it. After 3 hours at this point, our food started to come out and was brought to a table that just walked in instead of us. Now we are beyond pissed off because our food After 3 hours went to someone else. After being confronted by us about our food, the bartender who never put our order in got belligerent with us and pretty much told us to get out or she was calling the cops. One of the people in our party went in the kitchen to see if they can at least get us a grilled cheese sandwich because the person who ordered it was starving and his response was 'I have all these orders and you're at least another 20-30 minutes'. Needless to say that didn't go over well and we proceeded to leave without any food. This is the worst place we've ever been to and wouldn't recommend to my dog. Bringing up dogs, there was a dog in the bar which has to be a health violation in a drinking and eating establishment. Pathetic people at this place. DON'T EVER GO HERE unless you want your last day on earth to last forever!!
