Very nice teens working there, this has to be the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had if you’ve had good bubble tea then this place isn’t for you

If these people moved any slower they’d be moving backwards. Worker touched her phone 3x in the middle of making the ice cream roll. Set aside about 2 hours to get your ice cream if there is no one else on line.

The people that work here are very unprofessional
If I could give zero I would, absolutely rude and disgusting behavior by the employees, made fun of someone in front of everyone for a speech impediment. Every other word out of their mouths is a cuss word.

Unorganized. I paid for my ice cream and other people who paid after me received theirs first. Waited a good 20 minutes in total. Rude staff.
The service was alright but while I was eating my rolled ice cream, I found over 10 pieces of hair in it completely unsanitary.
The workers here are very rude and abrupt, they either hate what they are doing and need a new job or enjoy making people feel bad about themselves.
