I’ve driven back-and-forth between Boston and visit my stepmom and their location at this. IHOP is amazing. People are so friendly and so nice. Great staff great food.

We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet our entire meal arrived ice cold. The bacon tasted pre-cooked and oily, the pancakes were cold, and the hash browns had a strange aftertaste and were mushy in the center. The only hot item was the tea. The staff were sitting and talking—which I wouldn’t have minded if the food had been prepared properly—but I genuinely don’t understand how our order came out so poorly. Extremely disappointed.

The music was very loud. I asked the waitress to turn it down and nothing changed. I measured the decibel’s and it was 85, 95 is considered in the max range. We have been going there for years and know the owner Fran. We will think twice before going there again. Fran is a nice guy and I haven’t seen him there lately, hopefully he is aware of the situation.

Why open 24/7 for???They didn’t allow us to enter The location because they said they had an important big order. What about the customers that came to eat so since there’s a big order we cannot eat, unacceptable!
The French toast wasn't cook all the way. 🤢; still have to pay the bill.🫢
Waited 15 minutes for a fricken Belgian waffle, abandoned the effort and left.
